Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Attestio, accessible at attestio.tech. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the service
Attestio provides self-serve software to assist organisations in compiling, structuring, and exporting documentation about their AI systems — including for buyer questionnaires and EU AI Act readiness.
- No legal advice. Attestio does not provide legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. All drafts, scores, and outputs generated by the Service are for informational purposes only.
- User review required. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any output or response pack before sharing it with third parties, buyers, or regulatory bodies.
2. Subscriptions and payments
- Billing. Access to certain features — including exporting buyer-ready response packs — requires a paid subscription (Starter plan at $99/month).
- PayPal. All payments are processed via PayPal. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly billing through your PayPal account.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time directly through your PayPal dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds. Handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Attestio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service;
- Inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations in AI-generated answers;
- Rejected vendor reviews or lost contracts with enterprise buyers.
In no event shall Attestio's total liability for all claims exceed the total amount paid by you to Attestio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
4. Intellectual property and data ownership
- Your data. You retain full ownership of the questionnaires, text, and files you upload. You grant Attestio a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
- Our IP. Attestio retains all rights in the software, algorithms, UI design, and brand.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, or use it to generate documentation you know to be false. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
